Garage Door Opener Replacement
Customer Issue: Mr. Belizer’s garage door opener was over fifteen years old, and had been slowing down for years. When he started to fear it would stop working at all soon, he called us to order a new opener delivery and installation.
Our Solution: A new Chamberlain WD832KEV belt drive opener was just the thing for the Belizer household. The ½ horsepower engine can handle their lightweight garage door with ease. The opener also comes with remote controls included. The unit fits their old Chamberlain opener’s housing bracket and drive track.
New Garage Door Installation
Customer Issue: Old garage door was starting to fall apart so the customer needed to have a new one installed.
Our Solution: After giving the customer a free estimation on garage doors from a few different brands, he decided to choose a Windsor imitation wooden garage door. After acquiring the model of his choice, our team returned to Mr. Uzlowsky’s home, installed a new set of tracks, springs, and cables to support the new door and connected it to the electric opener, which was strong enough to support its weight.

Garage Door Track Replacement
Customer Issue: Garage door tracks had become damaged by rust.
Our Solution: We uninstalled the rusty track and discarded it properly. We proceeded to install a new track, lubricated the rollers and the track then tested the door to ensure it functioned smoothly.
Garage Door Troubleshooting
Customer Issue: His plastic garage door opener stopped working due to a burned motor.
Our Solution: We found the model of his door opener and a matching motor. We installed the new motor and changed the springs which were weak, causing the opener to do most of the lifting work, finally we tested everything. All this only took a few hours.
Customer Issue: Garage door had become unbalanced due to uneven spring tension.
Our Solution: Our client had previously replaced one of her springs but not the other resulting in an unequal pull-force. We recommended changing both springs for proper balance and safety. We had both springs changed and checked to make sure the door was properly levelled before reconnecting the opener.
